Out-of-State Delivery
At VK Caribbean Groceries, we are committed to providing reliable shipping and delivery services to our valued customers. Our shipping methods are designed to ensure that your orders are delivered promptly while maintaining the quality and freshness of the products. We strive to make the shipping process transparent and cost-effective for your convenience.

Orders are shipped out Mondays through Wednesdays. This allows your package(s) to not sit in the courier's warehouse over the weekend or be delayed due to non-delivery days (weekends).

Orders are only shipped on Thursdays and Fridays at customer's request and their own risk of delays.

VK Caribbean Groceries ONLY uses UPS to ship out-of-state orders, unless another courier is requested by the customer. Any courier other than UPS, it is not eligible for a refund.

VK Caribbean Groceries will not be held liable for any lost, stolen, damaged or delayed packages during transit.

Customers have 3 days of receiving the package to request a refund, once confirmation is received from the courier stating "DELIVERED".
Return & Refund Policy
Here at VK Caribbean Groceries, we take pride in how we package your orders. Ensuring the package(s) are secured and accounted for, a picture of your package will be sent to the email provided at checkout. Once the package has been delivered or dropped off at the destination for pick-up, the customer has 3 regular days to request a refund. The return label is at the customer's expense if a package needs to be returned. Once items are received, examined, and in excellent condition a refund will be processed and sent within 3-5 business days. Please be aware that VK Caribbean Groceries DOES NOT offer refunds on perishable items including but not limited to Yam, Green Banana, Green Plantain, Cured fish, and meats.
